Very nice stay. Great for families.

Clean, perfect location on Kata, easy access to beach, local walking street food on your doorstep, 7/11 just across the road.

Small pool, went to sea more often. Breakfast quality OK but lots of hotels do it better.

The staff were amazing & super friendly, the Room is specious & the pool room has the best view , I managed to see my daughter from the balcony while she was swimming , the location is the best location in Kata beach . Highly recommended for families

We stayed in one bedroom suite which was quite nice. The bed was great! Breakfast had lots of options and the staff was friendly

Most occupants are from rural Russia or Kazakstan and do not have manners nor understanding of how to conduct them selfs when staying in a hotel.

Great place to stay. Our kids (7 and 9) really liked the . .water slides. Close to the beach. Clean and comfy great location. Kind and helpful staff.

This is the place to stay for families. Full of fun.

Fantastic pools and such an easy walk to the beach. The family room with the bunk beds was great for our needs.

Not much! It was fantastic. I did think the optional extras were quite expensive (like the tents in room) - but they are optional and a great idea. We just chose not to use them.

Excellent and great place for families

Location is great, just opposite Kata night market and along a bustling street with lots of restaurants within steps. Hotel is family friendly too. Room is comfortable and good enough for families. Water slides and water play facilities are a plus to keep the little ones busy as well.

Breakfast options can be better.

AFFORDABLE LUXURY

Liked All. Located 3 walking minutes from Kata beach, has fantastic rooms, clean, elegant, with modern amenities, I liked the design, the bathroom and the cleanliness in general. Pools are great, expecially the kid's one with fantastic waterpark design. Quite at night (but may be due to covid) in proximity of bars and pubs (again mostly closed for covid). Breakfast is up to top buffet standards.

As an improvement, hotel restaurant menu is limited and very expensive (considering the restaurants opposite the entrance can do better to attract customers to stay in the hotel) Second and last, TV channel list, just a (limited) series of Thai channels and a couple of International news.

Almost a five-star service and a perfect place to stay at Kata beach

The hotel is modern and new, everything looks great and clean. Staff was attentive and friendly, most of them spoke a good English which is rare in Thailand. Any issues or questions we had were resolved by them in a quick and professional manner. Overall service level was almost on a five-star level. The room was very clean and comfortable, there were tea-making facilities and decent tea bags - I really appreciated that as a tea-lover. WiFi was good, stable and fast enough. There is a limit of 4 devices per room which the reception staff can increase if you need it. Breakfast is a buffet type, with many varieties and decent quality. Pool is large and clean, the depth is kinda low though, just 1.2m. On the other hand, the water is always warm because of the low depth. There is a separate "activity" pool that's great for kids - with a water polo net, a water slide and a water playground. This way the kids can play without disturbing guests who just want to swim or relax in the pool. A really smart decision in my opinion. There is a pool bar that was offering happy hours until 7pm during our stay. The restaurant where the breakfast is served is also available at other times of day with an a la carte menu. A bit pricey, but quite convenient considering that many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area are currently closed due to COVID. The Kata beach is in a 5 minutes walking distance, quite convenient. The beach is great for sunset watching or swimming. There are also a few street food/drink stalls at the beach. Overall everything was perfect and we had a really great impression from our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we could really complain about. Just minor things. Could have more non-vegetarian Thai food options at the breakfast. The pool depth is kinda low in my opinion (1.2m).

Exceptional

The proximity to the beach was great, was not very noisy and the staff were very accommodating. Friendly manager who came around and greeted all the guests at breakfast. They had a lounge that we were able to utilize for our group with plenty of seating and a pool table. The pools were pretty nice but seemed more for kids than adults.

Grate stay. I can recommend.

Location, comfort and the garden.

No transparency for the breakfast prices. I have stayed 9 days, and every day the price was different! The price did NOT correspond to the offer at Booking.com (I am Genius level 2 at Booking.com). I have tried to get an explanation - unfortunately nobody was able to give me an reasonable explanation. The second problem was, not all the staff ware good enough in English. I am not talking fluent, simply good enough to communicate with. It is a good hotel. One can expect professional staff, being able to communicate with foreigners.

Exceptional

The hotel is fairly new and well decorated. The room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Having 3 pools is really beneficial for all age groups. Hotel was also very considerate to provide shades at the kids pool and the playground so using the facilities during afternoon wasn't a problem. Highly Recommend!!!

Great location for a family holiday

Not easy to find a hotel that’s catered for families but this place is. The family rooms are perfect and facilities are amazing for families with little children or teens. Everything was super clean and a service was amazing. Perfect for a family holiday!

Great value for families with kids

Very professional and friendly service. Everything is meticulously clean. Great swimming pool for kids of different ages. Nice big shower with good water pressure in room. Comfortable beds. 2 minute walking distance to Kata beach. The breakfast is great value for the money. Fast WiFi in room.
